This is a regulation that came into force on the 25th May 2018 and replaced the Data Protection Act 1998. It expands your rights as an individual to control how your personal data is collected and processed.  We work closely with our Trust to ensure that we comply with the regulations.  The Learning Academies Trust policies below will give you more information on how we handle your data.
